La persona que atiende es amable pero el examen que hace es muy malo, ya hemos tenido que regresar más de 3 veces y los lentes no quedan bien. Lo peor es que no se nos ofrece una solución real. La persona que atiende argumenta que: "a lo mejor es usted", "yo veo perfecto con sus lentes". Lo cual evidentemente no ofrece una solución porque los lentes deben servirle al cliente, no a quién los hace. Pésimo, fuimos confiando en buenas experiencias que hemos tenido en ópticas como esta, pero aquí no se hace bien el examen o no se hacen bien los lentes. Aunque el precio y el tiempo de entrega son muy tentadores, los lentes no funcionan. Be careful when coming to this optician, the prices are very low and that attracted us.
