★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a cambio de micas para los lentes de mi hija, rompieron el armazón y no se querian hacer responsables, tardaron de 3 semanas en darme solución, termine comprando el armazón nuevo y me querían hacer esperar dos semanas mas para las micas. Del consultorio pues que opinar si te hacen esperar mas de 3 horas después de la hora de la cita.
Terrible service, I went to exchange for lenses for my daughter's glasses, they broke the frame and they did not want to be responsible, it took them 3 weeks to give me a solution, I ended up buying the new frame and they wanted to make me wait two more weeks for the lenses. From the office, what to say if they make you wait more than 3 hours after the appointment time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super chafa su servicio, se le está cayendo el antireflejante los lleve porque aún tenía garantía y no me hicieron válida me comentaron que solo era válido en el armazón, posteriormente se le rompió una varilla y me los entregaron horribles con una pasta de silicón y a aparte con una manchas en las micas que ya no se le quitaron y todavía me estaban cobrando $100 pesos... Cero recomendable
