El detalle es que solo les importa vender, no dan seguimiento a la entrega de los lentes y no quieren dar factura aunque se les pida n veces. Nunca contestan el teléfono, es necesario ir fisicamente para ser atendido.

Hace seis meses adquirí unos lentes, pero tardaron UN MES en entregarlos! Al final mis lentes me los entregaron con un armazón que no valía lo que me cobraron, además, las micas se safan del armazón. Es un pésimo lugar, no es justo para uno como cliente porque no es un objeto cualquiera?
