Answering him first: that it was my visit in December and second: it was 2 lenses and not progressive ones that I required, followed under a woman to whom I explained what was happening, the man approached (I thought he was going to hit me) SHOUTING that I will retire, and as I took my cell phone, I kept shouting that if I recorded it, I would demand that the establishment has a closed circuit so I answered that it was good for them to review. I hope they do something with this type of attitude, since it is not the way to treat a client, because the glasses I bring bought them there. I had always recommended that optics with my relatives and acquaintances but I had never encountered that man, how unfortunate that for a person of bad temper they lose customers.
