Del Valle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré en Noviembre del año 2018 unos lentes de "Uso Rudo" lo rompió el calor y no me quisieron hacer válida la garantía que se me ofreció al momento de la compra y el dueño dice que "Ya ahora todos los armazones salen garra" I bought in November of 2018 a "Use Rude" glasses broke the heat and did not want to validate the warranty that was offered at the time of purchase and the owner says that "Now all the frames come claw"

Dijeron que sí, me presenté y resultó que no. Sólo di la vuelta sin resolver. NO LO RECOMIENDO. Terrible. I called before going to ask if my glasses could be repaired indicating what work was required and if they could attend to me immediately (urgent). They said yes, I introduced myself and it turned out no. I just turned around unresolved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Como turista necesité un simple ajuste a mi armazón de lentes adaptados y se hicieron bolas, demostraron bastante incompetencia y solo me quitaron el tiempo. No te recomiendo que los visites...!! Terrible service .... they understand absolutely nothing about customer service. As a tourist I needed a simple adjustment to my adapted lens frame and they became balls, they showed enough incompetence and they only took my time. I do not recommend that you visit them ... !!
E	Erika Contreras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fuí a comprar unos lentes graduados, ellos obviamente me hicieron el examen de vista, me dijeron que en un ojo tenía miopía y astigmatismo y en el otro hipermetropía y en astigmatismo y que necesitaba unos lentes con graduación progresiva porque mi visión se estaba degenerando y era la mejor opción, desde la primera vez que los use no pude ver bien fui y les dije y me dijeron que tenia que pasar un tiempo para que me acostumbrara, pues ha pasado el tiempo y no me sirven para nada no puedo enfocar ni ver con claridad, veo mejor sin ellos Nada recomendable Bad service, I went to buy some graduated lenses, they obviously did the eye exam, they told me that in one eye I had myopia and astigmatism and in the other hyperopia and in astigmatism and that I needed progressive graduation lenses because my vision was Degenerating and was the best option, since the first time I used them I could not see well I went and told them and they told me that I had to spend some time to get used to it, because time has passed and they are not useful for me I can not focus I do not see clearly, I see better without them Nothing recommendable
