★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper decepcionada del servicio. Fui a comprar unos lentes, me hicieron la prueba de vista pero yo pedí la misma graduación que ya traía en mis lentes actuales.
Fui a recoger los lentes y tenían la graduación que ellos pusieron, por lo cual pedí que le pusieran la que yo quería sin importar perder la garantía de graduación. Los dejé y quedaron que iban a mandarlos a taller. Al otro día fui y nuevamente tenían la misma graduación. La chava que atiende me dijo que quizá era porque debía acostumbrarme porque los lentes que traigo tienen filtro y esos eran sencillos, le creí y me los llevé pero como no podía ver bien, tuve que ir a tres ópticas distintas y en todas me dijeron que los lentes tenían más graduación.
Los lleve nuevamente a qué los arreglaran y me dijeron que lo harían, que quizá se habían equivocado en taller. Fui hoy por ellos y cuál va siendo mi sorpresa, seguía viendo mal. Los tomé y saliendo pasé a otra óptica en la que tenían lensometro y me confirmaron que esos lentes no tenían la graduación que pedía. No solo es el engaño, es el tiempo perdido en ir y venir.
Super disappointed in the service. I went to buy some glasses, they did the vision test but I asked for the same prescription that I already had in my current glasses.
I went to pick up the glasses and they had the prescription that they put on, so I asked that they put the one I wanted, regardless of losing the prescription guarantee. I left them and they agreed that they were going to send them to the workshop. The next day I went and they had the same graduation again. The girl who attends told me that maybe it was because I had to get used to it because the lenses I bring have a filter and those were simple, I believed her and took them but since I couldn't see well, I had to go to three different opticians and they told me that the glasses had more prescription.
I took them again to have them fixed and they told me they would, that maybe they had made a mistake in the workshop. I went today for them and what is my surprise, I kept seeing bad. I took them and going out I went to another optician where they had a lensometer and they confirmed that those lenses did not have the prescription I was asking for. Not only is it deception, it is time wasted in coming and going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí ahí porque me la recomendaron pero ni estrellita merecen, no ponen a graduación correcta y además la atención es pésima. Me los llevé, regresé por la garantía a que los corrigiera y me los entregaron igual. Como ya no quise tener unconflicto, así me los llevé... Además de que perdí tiempo y dinero. Fuí a una óptica de verdad, con optometristas calificados y buen servicio y al hacerme el análisis de la graduación resultó que me habían puesto más aumento del que en necesitaba. ¡¡¡NO vayan!!!
I went there because they recommended it to me but they don't deserve a star, they don't put the correct graduation and also the attention is terrible. I took them, I returned for the guarantee to correct them and they gave them to me anyway. Since I no longer wanted to have a conflict, that's how I took them away ... Besides, I lost time and money. I went to a real optician, with qualified optometrists and good service, and when I had the graduation analysis it turned out that they had put more magnification than I needed. Do not go!!!
