Y con todo respeto, instruyanla en lo más elemental sobre el servicio al cliente... Lo sieto mucho pero han perdido a un cliente...fui a recoger mis lentes que quedaron muy bien, gracias...yo padezco de un tipo de incontinencia y su hija no me permitió usar el baño.. Y si estoy en un error, mis mas sinceras disculpas... Feliz año Nuevo...Roger.
