Muy decepcionada del servicio, al momento de ir y pagarles los lentes graduados me trataron muy bien me dijeron que estarian listos al día siguiente a partir de las 12 horas del día, le comente que yo pasaria a las 5pm y me dijo que estaria bien, llego a la hora y el día que acordamos y estaba cerrado el lugar, 10 minutos antes de las 5 me envia un audio diciendo que tuvo un problema con la maquina que hace los lentes, 10 minutos antes yo soy una persona puntual yo ya estaba en el local cuando el avisa por lo que lo hace un irresponsable a demás me había dicho que se terminaban a las 12 en todo transcurso del tiempo no pudo avisarme eso solo indica su falta de compromiso, a los dos días acudo a recoger mis lentes a las 5pm y me los entrego afuera del local no abrió su cortina, me los ajustó con movimientos bruscos en la cajuela de su carro, no tiene una maquina para hacer el ajuste de los lentes, me los da de mala gana, un espectáculo me dice que el es el dueño y que los lentes que el usa cuestan 8,000.00 mexicanos dando a entender que los mios son una basura, le quita el cristal al lente lo vuelve a poner y yo en ese momento super enojada. Queria que me regrese mi dinero e ir a otra optica me dijo que no que si queria que lo demande la verdad arrepentida un verdadero show. Mejor no pasen un mal momento busquen otra opción, un dato extra no tienen variedad de modelos ni en armazones con costo ni en los normales. Afortunadamente me volvieron a hacer los lentes y al entregarmelos todo bien. Solo recomiendo que pongan atención a que los lentes sean tal cual los pidieron y pidan que los prueben.
