★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio (tuve inconvenientes, pero pude remediarlos con los empleados y el dueño la óptica), buenas micas pero los armazones son pésimos, los dos armazones que tuve se rompieron en menos de un año.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad este día nos tocó un pésimo servicio ya que el hace dos días se le llevo una receta de las especificaciones del lente que se necesitaba el cual se le recalco que necesitaba que los lentes sean transtition y la persona que atendió nos dio un precio de 1900 pesos así como se le pidió hoy fue mi papá a recoger los lentes y es totalmente diferentes ya que se le pidió que sean transtition y no lo son ahora yo no les puse cuanto tenía que cobrarme ellos dijeron el precio y ahora me quieren cobrar mil pesos más y devolver el dinero no es opción para ellos y eso no es justo para mi por que como voy a pagar por algo que no estoy pidiendo
