★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, desde el 13 de noviembre 2019 fuimos a realizar la compra dejamos el 50% y tardaron 15 dias en entregarlos, no sirvieron los lentes mi esposa miraba borroso, fuimos a la optica y nos dijeron que tenia que acostumbrarse, que tenia que usarlos 2 semanas, pues nada mareos y dolor de cabeza por el uso, fuimos a otra optica para ver que graduacion le pusieron y nada que ver con la que tenia, volvimos a ir a la optica y nos dijeron que ya no podian hacer nada. pedimos un cambio a que se los dejaran como usa los lentes actuales y van mas de 20 dias que no le entregan nada hoy es 9 de enero 2020 ya casi 2 meses y sin solucion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de sus armazónes de lentes es muy deplorable compre unos lentes el 13 de agosto del 2019 en octubre del mismo año se empezaron a romper de la parte del ojo fuí a aver que podíamos hacer y me dijieron que no podían hacer nada, compré otro armazón y lo mismo se rompiron a pesar que soy una persona muy cuidadosa con mis lentes. (al parecer venden lentes desechables)
The quality of their lens frames is very deplorable I bought some lenses on August 13, 2019 in October of the same year they began to break on the part of the eye I went to see what we could do and they told me that they could not do anything, I bought another frame and the same broke even though I am a very careful person with my glasses. (apparently they sell disposable glasses)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan las promociones, a parte de que ni siquiera es el producto que te ofrecen. Fui por unos lentes de sol segun ellos desde 399 y cuando llegue la recepcionista ( que por cierto, ni cubrebocas usa) me presento unos lentes los cuales no cubren de los rayos uv y solo van pintados.

I went for some sunglasses according to them from 399 and when the receptionist arrived (who by the way, she doesn't even use a mask) she presented me with some glasses which do not cover the UV rays and are only painted.

Mal servicio pague por algo y resulta que no lo tiene

tu graduación, no sabes ni que estas usando Los lentes tienen baja calidad. Hay muchas opciones mejores en Qro.
Terrible place, they give you the exam as if it were anything, they don't check you well and they don't give you your graduation!. How can they sell glasses without giving you
your prescription, you don't even know what you're wearing. The glasses have low quality. There are many better options in Qro.
