★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo visité hoy y al parecer no les intereso mucho mi visita ya que no me hicieron el menor caso... Estuve viendo algunos lentes y nunca me dijeron nada... Estaban mas ocupados en el celular.
Mala experiencia, pero en fin no vuelvo a ir y ya. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mal seguimiento incluso cuando compras su producto; ignoran mensajes. De todo se quieren librar de responsabilidad, ponen excusa tras otra. Material muy corriente y poco duradero para sus armazones. Personal poco preparado para la responsabilidad que tienen en una óptica. Si existiera la opción de calificación 0, sin duda la daba.
Terrible service, poor follow-up even when you buy their product; ignore messages. They want to get rid of responsibility from everything, they make excuse after another. Very common and not very durable material for its frames. Staff little prepared for the responsibility they have in an optician. If the rating option 0 existed, I would certainly give it.
