★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, la de mostrador atiende de mal modo, los lentes son frágiles ya sean de los “económicos” o de “mejor calidad” pese a que aumenta el doble de precio, no respetan la garantía como debe de ser

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, atienden de mal modo, cuando envías mensaje el trato es igual de malo, ya pasó el lapso de entrega que me dieron y al parecer aún no llegan. que decepción tanta publicidad que hacen y su servicio no vale ni $1 peso
Terrible service, they serve in a bad way, when you send a message the treatment is just as bad, the delivery period they gave me has passed and apparently they still have not arrived. What a disappointment so much advertising they do and their service is not worth $ 1 peso

No es nada amable ni tampoco te da la información que necesitas. Ojalá alguien encargado de la óptica lea las opiniones y pongan remedio a este tipo de personas que no merecen un trabajo
Terrible service from the woman at the counter, a while ago I went for my glasses and asked her a question to which she answered very rudely. It is not friendly at all, nor does it give you the information you need. Hopefully someone in charge of optics read the opinions and remedy these types of people who do not deserve a job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espantoso servicio, era mi segunda vez comprando aqui lentes por que la primera hace un año me atendieron muy bien y regrese por eso, pero me encontré con el personal de servicio mas grosero que me a atendido, tanto la que hace el examen como la de mostrador las dos señoras muy groseras y me sentí agredida verbalmente por su tono de voz fuerte pesimo pesimo pesimo no regresare
Terrible service, it was my second time buying glasses here because the first one a year ago they treated me very well and I came back for that, but I found the most rude service personnel who attended me, both the one who does the exam and the one from counter the two very rude ladies and I felt verbally attacked by their strong tone of voice pessimus pessimistic I will not return

Terrible service ! I do not recommend at all to remove your glasses there ... they do not respect the guarantee and you lose out ... I really do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y malisima la calidad de los lentes no te hacen valida la garantía, hace menos de 1 mes adquirimos unos lentes y a las 3 semanas se les safo una patita y la otra esta a punto de romperse también obviamente es defecto de fabrica pero no lo quieren aceptar
Terrible service and terrible quality of the glasses do not make the guarantee valid, less than 1 month ago we bought some glasses and after 3 weeks one leg fell off and the other is about to break also, obviously it is a manufacturing defect but I don't they want to accept

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio y quieren Cobrar maaaas!!! Fui a comprar unos lentes de contacto que siempre salen en su página de FB en descuento y cuando fui a comprarlos me los querían cobrar en 700 cada caja y quería que a fuerzas comprara 2 cajas y los tenían en 499 en fb... le dije y me dijo que ya no estaba esa promoción pero que me la iban a aplicar y la tipa grosera y bien de malas (siendo que ha pasado un año y aún tienen la promocion)
Terrible Service and they want to Charge maaaas!!! I went to buy some contact lenses that always appear on their FB page at a discount and when I went to buy them they wanted to charge me 700 for each box and they wanted me to buy 2 boxes by force and they had them for 499 on fb... I told him and he told me that that promotion was no longer there but that they were going to apply it to me and the rude and very bad girl (since a year has passed and they still have the promotion)
