A	Alejandra Casillas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mediados de diciembre del año pasado, solicité unos lentes por los que pedí facturación de ese servicio, me hicieron anotar mis datos en un cuaderno, cosa que hice, posteriormente me llamaron porque me comentaron que les hacía falta mi correo a donde hicieran llegar la factura así que se los dicté, al 8 de enero del presente año me presenté para saber porque no me había llegado mi factura, me doy cuenta que estaba mal anotado el correo, por lo que se me hizo fácil corregirlas el correo y darles otro para confirmar la recepción del mismo, y ahora me enfrento en que ellos no se hacen responsables de la facturación, que solo son intermediarios, pero en realidad no están dando el servicio esperado, motivo por el que mi opinión de esta óptica es MALO, reprobables In mid-December of last year, I requested some lenses for which I asked for billing for that service, they made me write down my data in a notebook, which I did, later they called me because they told me that they needed my email where they would send the Invoice so I gave them to you, on January 8 of this year I introduced myself to know why my invoice had not arrived, I realize that the mail was poorly noted, so it made it easy for me to correct the mail and give them another one to confirm receipt of it, and now I face that they are not responsible for billing, that they are only intermediaries, but in reality they are not giving the expected service, which is why my opinion of this optics is BAD, reprehensible
J	Jaimie Aviles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un año adquiri unos lentes, solicite factura y despues de 15 días estuve marcando constantemente porque no me llegaba mi documento, tras días de estar buscandoles (porque su telefono no servia) y tras varias vueltas recibi mi factura la cual indicaba: pago en efectivo una sola exhibición, cuando mi pago fue en tarjeta en mensualiaddes, precisamente para poder entregar en el SAT, a lo cual me dijeron: no le podemos corregir por que el mes ya termino si lo hubiese revisado al momento, se pudo corregir, o sea como les explico!! ahora en el SAT no es valida mi factura y menos por que la factura no sale al mismo nombre que en la tarjeta de credito, la factura sale emitida como joyas de la vision S.A de C.V mientras que el cobro a nombre de Opticas Krista. Tengan cuidado cuando generen su documentación pues las personas del lugar no tienen ni jota idea y siempre te dicen: es que la dueña hoy no esta.
