★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno pues estoy muy disgustada y muy decepcionada con esta óptica. Me mandé a hacer 2 pares progresivos, fotocromáticos con protección blue ray. La atención de la dama que me hizo el estudio fue impecable en todo momento. Resulta que fui a recoger mis lentes y pues no veía bien, los regresaron según a arreglar o a hacer de nuevo, no lo sé. Dos semanas después me avisaron que ya estaban listos y fui por ellos. Oh sorpresa que estaban mal de nuevo. Pedí mi dinero de regreso y me lo negaron. Sólo me ofrecieron volver a hacerlos pero no acepté porque 2/2 los hicieron mal. No voy a arriesgarme a una tercera. Ahora estoy sin lentes, sin mi dinero y con el sentimiento de haber sido abusada. QUIEREN COMPRAR AHÍ? Les deseo que les queden bien a la 1a.
Well, I am very upset and very disappointed with this lens. I had 2 progressive pairs made, photochromic with blue ray protection. The attention of the lady who did the study for me was impeccable at all times. It turns out that I went to pick up my glasses and because I couldn't see well, they returned them depending on whether they were to be fixed or redone, I don't know. Two weeks later they told me that they were ready and I went for them. Oh surprise they were wrong again. I asked for my money back and was denied. They only offered me to do them again but I didn't accept because 2/2 did them wrong. I'm not going to risk a third. Now I am without glasses, without my money and with the feeling of having been abused. WANT TO SHOP THERE? I hope they look good on the 1st.
