★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención y amabilidad no es la mejor, pero hacen su trabajo. Les hace falta actualizar sus modelos. Sus precios son relativamente económicos. Y hasta donde tengo entendido aceptan vales de la SEV.
The attention and kindness is not the best, but they do their job. They need to update their models. Their prices are relatively cheap. And as far as I understand they accept SEV vouchers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Intentan engañarte diciendo que son expertos. Lleve un armazón y con sólo tocarlo decían que estaba deformado. Ni siquiera lo colocaron en un superficie plana sólo por el tacto. La chica que me atendió me hizo un presupuesto y el supuesto optometrista vino a decir lo mismo de armazón con sólo tocarlo. WoW! Que tecnología. La chica me hizo un presupuesto que negocio conmigo, cuando el otro empleado y a pesar de estar atendiendo a otras personas, vino a cambiar el presupuesto. Al final la verdad es que decían que estaba mal mi armazón para que a fuerza les comprara uno nuevo. Mala atención y publicidad engañosa este buen fin.
Terrible service. They try to fool you by saying they are experts. I wore a frame and just by touching it they said it was deformed. They didn't even place it on a flat surface just for touch. The girl who attended me made me a budget and the supposed optometrist came to say the same about the frame just by touching it. Wow! What technology. The girl made me a budget that I negotiate with, when the other employee, despite being serving other people, came to change the budget. In the end the truth is that they said my frame was wrong so that I would forcefully buy a new one. Bad attention and misleading advertising this good end.
