★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del dueño es muy buena, la fórmula que receta y las recomendaciones que da son excelentes, y el precio de los lentes sin montura está muy bien para la calidad. Sin embargo, el laboratorio con el que encargan las fórmulas y los lentes es el problema, se tardaron 3 días más de lo debido en entregarme mis lentes y maltrataron la montura que dejé (la mía propia), le rayaron la pintura en todo el frente, por lo que tuve que hacer un gasto extra para repintarla. Tengo fotos del mismo día justo antes de dejar mi montura, por lo que sé que el daño a la pintura fue allí.
Probablemente si compran la montura junto con los lentes sí los entreguen en perfecto estado, pero el hecho de que el laboratorio se tardara tanto y además maltrataran mi montura hace quedar mal a la óptica. Da mucha pena, porque de verdad el señor que atiende hace muy buen trabajo y brinda muy buena atención.

However, the laboratory with which they order the formulas and lenses is the problem, it took 3 days longer than it should be to deliver my lenses and they mistreated the frame that I left (my own), they scratched the paint all over the front , so I had to spend extra to repaint it. I have photos from the same day just before I left my mount, so I know the paint damage was there.
Probably if they buy the frame together with the lenses they will deliver them in perfect condition, but the fact that the laboratory took so long and also mistreated my frame makes the optician look bad. It is very sad, because really the man who attends does a very good job and provides very good care.
