Lamentablemente, no tuve buena experiencia con New Vision, dos sucursales (familiar). Ordené contactos, pero nunca me informaron que no contaban con la tecnología para medir el diámetro de mi ojo ya que tengo astigmatismo. Nunca fue medido mi ojo para el diámetro, solamente le aplicaron la prescripción al contacto. En fin, se me estaba moviendo que al punto que me lo quise sacar, se me había ido para arriba del ojo porque se seguía moviendo, debido a que nunca me fue medido el diámetro de mi ojo. No pueden esperar que el mismo contacto le quede a todos. Pague $3,500 pero no me quiero arriesgar a que se me vuelvan a perder los contactos en los ojos. Cuando consulté con la muchacha de en frente que toma los pagos y le dije que se me había perdido el contacto en el ojo , me trataron como si yo nunca había usado contactos y fuese una inepta. Sean honestos y digan que no cuentan con tecnología tan avanzada y refinarán a gente a Hermosillo. Deben de saber si uno tiene astigmatismo se les tiene que medir el diámetro. Muy importante, si no se les va a estar moviendo. También hubo mal entendidos a la hora de ir a recogerlos. Me dijeron que estaba en cierto sucursal, llego a sucursal, no están, me ven como loca, en fin, fue mucha batalla. Este lugar no tiene integridad ya sea familiar o no. Para los lentes si me sirvieron. Yo me estoy enfocando en los contactos y que no hubo transparencia cuando yo les decía que se me movía el contacto. Nunca fui contactada otra vez para avisarme que ya estaban listos,los contactos después de tanto ir al sucursal para decirles que aún así quedaban borrosos porque se movían. La secretaría hasta me dijo que yo ni estaba tan ciega para usar contactos. Quien es ella para decirme eso? pero mis ojos son muy delicados, mejor dejarlo en manos de verdaderos profesionales con integridad.

The secretary even told me that I wasn't too blind to use contacts. Who is she to tell me that? but my eyes are very delicate, better to leave it in the hands of true professionals with integrity.
