Llegamos y la sra con malisima actitud, nos dejó esperando 30 minutos mientras ella platicaba por teléfono de asuntos familiares (se escuchaba toda la conversación), después se fue a comer pollo a la parte trasera dejando varios clientes en espera. Cuando le cuestionaron a otra empleada se fue a buscar los lentes y no los encontró ni tampoco la factura. Nos hicieron perder 30 min y la sra no pudo habernos dicho antes porque el chisme estaba bueno. Chiste de negocio y empleados...
Appalling. We went for some glasses and they took care of the scrubbing. We arrived and the lady with a very bad attitude, left us waiting 30 minutes while she talked on the phone about family matters (the whole conversation was heard), then she went to eat chicken in the back leaving several clients waiting. When another employee was questioned, she went to look for the glasses and did not find them or the invoice. They made us lose 30 min and the lady could not have told us before because the gossip was good. Business joke and employees ...
