★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato al cliente, extiende garantía en sus productos pero ni el mismo sabe en que está dando dicha garantía, efectivamente ofrece productos económicos pero de muy bajísima calidad y modelos viejos. El optometrista no sabe que puede extender una receta o un diagnóstico y para colmo se molesta al realizar el examen visual si no le contestas rápido si vez o no de manera correcta.
Terrible customer treatment, he extends a guarantee on his products but he does not even know what he is giving this guarantee, indeed he offers cheap products but of very low quality and old models. The optometrist does not know that he can write a prescription or a diagnosis and to make matters worse he gets upset when performing the visual examination if you do not answer him quickly whether or not he sees correctly.
