Quise aplicar mi garantía, pero por el tema de la contingencia no quería salir y me quise comunicar vía teléfono, lo intente por días y en diferentes horarios y nunca contestaban... Ahora me dicen que tengo que pagar el 50% en proporción del precio real para poder arreglarlos. Y me parece injusto porque ellos realizaron mal el exámen. Les recomiendo realizar en diferentes lugares el exámen y comparar los resultados para que no te vean la cara, como en esta mala sucursal.
