Él día de hoy acudí a realizarme unos lentes los cual la óptica se encuentra cerrada con llave para entrar, luego él personal que se encuentra dando la atención a clientes son muy déspota y no cuentan con la empatia necesaria desde que les preguntas algo y te hacen gestos o se ven uno al otro, se me hace una falta de respeto hacia el cliente, se molestan porque les preguntas sobre cuanto tiempo estaran listos tus lentes y sobre él descuento, podria decir que pueden tener muchos clientes pero toda persona merecemos un poco de respeto sobre la atención...
