★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En el aspecto clínico, excelente, como dicen su slogan "Somos un equipo de profesionales especializados en la salud visual. Nuestra meta principal es ofrecer el mejor servicio a nuestros pacientes", pero ojalá también lo fueran en el aspecto administrativo, todo su personal de nuevo ingreso carece de esa actitud de servicio y atención que distinguía a la Clínica, tanto por teléfono como personalmente, y aquí hago las excepciones de las Sras. Ángeles y Olga. Ojalá los Dres. Martínez Morgado tomen cartas en el asunto, porque a veces también es muy importante para el paciente los asuntos administrativos, sobre todo tratándose de información para Seguros, que debe ser MUY CLARA, COMPLETA Y OPORTUNA.
In the clinical aspect, excellent, as its slogan says "We are a team of professionals specialized in visual health. Our main goal is to offer the best service to our patients", but I wish they were also excellent in the administrative aspect, all its staff new hire lacks that attitude of service and attention that distinguished the Clinic, both by phone and in person, and here I make the exceptions of Ms. Angeles and Olga. Hopefully Drs. Martínez Morgado take action on the matter, because sometimes administrative matters are also very important for the patient, especially when it comes to information for Insurance, which must be VERY CLEAR, COMPLETE AND TIMELY.
