★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí por qué necesitaba cambiar armazón provisional ya que en dos semanas le toca cita y nueva graduación a mi hija con su oftalmólogo y no quiso realizar el trabajo argumentando que la mica estaba despostillada.
I went here because I needed to change the provisional frame since in two weeks my daughter will have an appointment and a new graduation with her ophthalmologist and she did not want to do the work, arguing that the mica was chipped.

Mala actitud del personal principalmente de la señora que atiende el mostrador, de inicio te tratan relativamente bien, después la señora es lenta, no toma bien los pedidos, es soberbia y grosera. Cuando vas a recogerlo haces la aclaración y te dice que es tu culpa por no fijarte. Y en lugar de tener tus lentes en el tiempo estipulado tardas una semana más. No cuidan a sus clientes, te dicen que si no quieres regresar no les importa, que hagas lo que quieras. Nunca abren a las 12. Los sábados te dicen que abren y no lo hacen. Si quieres cuidar tu dinero y no hacer corajes, recomendo buscar otro lugar
Terrible service
Bad attitude of the staff, mainly the lady who attends the counter, initially they treat you relatively well, later the lady is slow, does not take orders well, is arrogant and rude. When you go to pick it up you make the clarification and it tells you that it is your fault for not paying attention. And instead of having your glasses in the stipulated time it takes one more week. They don't take care of their customers, they tell you that if you don't want to come back they don't care, that you do whatever you want. They never open at 12. On Saturdays they tell you that they open and they don't. If you want to take care of your money and not get angry, I recommend looking for another place
