Ya le dije que así estaba bien. Llegué a casa, no quedaron bien y aparte veo que dejó completamente rayado mi armazón... Pésimo servicio. Se rompió una de las partes en las que descansan los lentes sobre la nariz. Fui a que lo reparará y me dijeron que no tenían la pieza, que regresara en una semana. Así me hicieron dar dos vueltas más y ya ni me dejaban pasar a su local desde la entrada de mala gana me decían que aún no tenían la pieza. Afortunadamente enfrente de ellos hay una óptica Lux y opté por entrar a preguntar si ellos me los podían arreglar y ellos sí lo hicieron en 5 minutos y de buena gana. Y gratis. No cabe duda que lo barato sale caro. No vuelo a ir a ninguna óptica devlin. Their products and customer service are disastrous. I bought a pair of glasses at that branch and they lasted for a month. One of the parts where the glasses rest on the nose was broken. I went to have it repaired and they told me they didn't have the part, to come back in a week. So they made me walk around two more times and they didn't even let me go to their place from the entrance, reluctantly telling me that they still didn't have the piece. Fortunately in front of them there is a Lux optician and I opted to go in to ask if they could fix it for me and they did it in 5 minutes and willingly. And free. There is no doubt that cheap is expensive. I'm not going to go to any devlin optician.
