★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima actitud por parte de los vendedores y un trabajo mal hecho. Tuve que cambiar en tres ocasiones las micas y aun así quedaron mal y por si fuera poco me hicieron un doble cargo.
 Terrible attitude from the sellers and a poor job. I had to change the lenses three times and even then they were bad and last but not least they made me a double charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo creer que con tantas opiniones negativas, los directivos no puedan hacer nada para considerar a las mismas, como oportunidades de mejora en sus sucursales. Precisamente quiero comprar unos anteojos para un familiar y encuentro muchas deficiencias que a los directivos al parecer, no les importa.
I can not believe that with so many negative opinions, managers can not do anything to consider them as opportunities for improvement in their branches. I just want to buy some glasses for a family member and I find many deficiencies that the managers apparently do not care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio me entregaron después de dos meses mis lentes y por segunda vez .mal graduados y todavía el foto grey era pésimo, pedí mi devolución y solo me han depósito la mitad, y todavía se esconden y hechan bolita y atención a clientes pésimo también
Terrible service they gave me after two months my glasses and for the second time. Bad graduates and still the gray photo was terrible, I asked for my return and they only gave me half of the deposit, and they still hide and make a lousy ball and customer service too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo han pasado 3 semanas y continúan sin hacer la devolución de la protección plus que me cobraron sin solicitarla. Porque quien me cobro se le ocurrió la idea de cobrarme un seguro el cual yo nunca lo pedí.
Terrible 3 weeks have passed and they still do not return the protection plus they charged me without requesting it. Because whoever charged me came up with the idea of charging me an insurance which I never asked for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, el personal en general es atento, con las ofertas que tienen hacen competitivo el producto, las medidas de sanidad son buenas, antes de hacer el examen limpian todo el equipo el costo vs el producto es relativamente bueno, no les doy 5 estrellas por todo el tiempo que tardan en entregarte los lentes (más de 15 días) y no contestan los teléfonos.
Good service, the staff in general is attentive, with the offers they have they make the product competitive, the sanitation measures are good, before doing the exam they clean all the equipment, the cost vs the product is relatively good, I do not give them 5 stars for all the time it takes to deliver the glasses (more than 15 days) and they don't answer the phones.
