Terrible service they say they have a guarantee and it is not true. My lenses had a factory problem and they never made the change. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la señora que esta a cargo Patricia es una déspota y me ofendió verbalmente, realice mi cita por teléfono especificando que solo necesitaba consulta con el oftalmologo, llegue a la cita puntual y que aún no llegaba el doctor por curiosidad comencé a ver armazones, aunque desde que llegué le mostré mi armazón para la graduación nueva, al verver que no iba a comprar nada me corrió del establecimiento
Como es posible qué tengan gente en atención al cliente ???
Terrible service, the lady in charge of Patricia is a despot and verbally offended me, I made my appointment by phone specifying that I only needed a consultation with the ophthalmologist, I arrived on time for the appointment and that the doctor had not yet arrived out of curiosity I began to see frames , although since I arrived I showed him my frame for the new graduation, when he saw that I was not going to buy anything he ran me from the establishment
How is it possible that they have people in customer service ???
