El lugar está limpio y atienden las recomendaciones sanitarias contra COVID. Cuentan con un espacio ventilado y amplio para diagnosticar al paciente, así como buen equipo para obtener la graduación.
Los lentes que nos entregaron quedaron bien, pero me confunde un poco que los lentes son OGGI pero el estuche que nos dieron dice "Lucciano" y no OGGI... no sé si tengan alguna relación entre marcas.
Asistimos allí porque atiende la especialista Alejandra Morales que tiene grado de maestría y mucha experiencia.
No me gustó que durante la consulta nos atendió otra doctora que está por recibir su título de licenciatura, y la doctora Morales casi no intervino.
Tampoco me gustó que la doctora Morales nos dio una cita cierto día pero se confundió y no llegó a atendemos, y no es una persona que acepte errores y a su parecer la culpa fue nuestra. Pidan que les den la cita por escrito para evitar confusiones.
Para recoger los lentes asistimos a la hora y día que pusieron en la nota, pero no los tenían todavía y tuvimos que regresar otro día.
Por alguna razón consideran que la graduación obtenida es algo secreto, así que si esperan dar seguimiento y llevar un registro de su estado de salud visual, este no es el lugar indicado.

The place is clean and they meet the sanitary recommendations against COVID. They have a spacious and ventilated space to diagnose the patient, as well as good equipment to obtain the graduation.
The lenses they gave us were good, but it confuses me a bit that the lenses are OGGI but the case they gave us says "Lucciano" and not OGGI ... I don't know if they have any relationship between brands.
We attend there because the specialist Alejandra Morales, who has a master's degree and a lot of experience, attends.
I did not like that during the consultation we were attended by another doctor who is about to receive her bachelor's degree, and Dr. Morales hardly intervened.
I also did not like that Dr. Morales gave us an appointment one day but was confused and did not come to attend us, and she is not a person who accepts mistakes and in her opinion the fault was ours. Ask for the appointment in writing to avoid confusion.
To collect the glasses we attended the time and day that they put in the note, but they did not have them yet and we had to return another day.
For some reason they consider that the graduation obtained is something secret, so if you are hoping to follow up and keep a record of your visual health, this is not the right place.
