I lost my glasses and I needed them fast because I can’t see much without them, and I need them for work. I made several calls and they had the fastest delivery time (just a few days) and I decided to give them my business, with my only expectation being the quick delivery of replacement glasses. I have a very difficult prescription, I have severe astigmatism, and the difference in prescription from my left eye to the right is double. I have been wearing glasses since age 4 and I’m 49 now, so there have been a lot of optometrists in my past and most eye exam prescriptions only got me close 20/40. This doctor was excellent. I have had enough eye exams to know that her prescription was going to be exceptionally good. I needed 1 pair of glasses but decided to buy 2 more pair, 1 pair of sports glasses to wear while riding my Harley, and a pair of safety glasses for my work in the oilfields of Texas. The glasses arrived 1 day earlier than expected and were 20/20, absolutely fantastic. This doctor is amazing, she is very thorough, communicates well in both Spanish and English, and is 1 of 3 in my lifetime that was able to get my eyes to see 20/20!!! I couldn’t be happier and will be certainly seeing her next year for my next annual. I would highly recommend ? Hice varias llamadas y tuvieron el tiempo de entrega más rápido (solo unos días) y decidí darles mi negocio, con mi única expectativa de que me entregaran rápidamente los anteojos de reemplazo. Tengo una prescripción muy difícil, tengo astigmatismo severo y la diferencia de prescripción de mi ojo izquierdo al derecho es el doble. He estado usando anteojos desde los 4 años y ahora tengo 49, por lo que ha habido muchos optometristas en mi pasado y la mayoría de las recetas de exámenes de la vista solo me acercaron a 20/40. Este médico fue excelente. He tenido suficientes exámenes de la vista para saber que su prescripción iba a ser excepcionalmente buena. Necesitaba 1 par de anteojos pero decidí comprar 2 pares más, 1 par de anteojos deportivos para usar mientras conduzco mi Harley y un par de anteojos de seguridad para mi trabajo en los campos petroleros de Texas. Las gafas llegaron 1 día antes de lo esperado y estaban 20/20, absolutamente fantásticas. ¡Esta doctora es increíble, es muy minuciosa, se comunica bien tanto en español como en inglés, y es 1 de 3 en mi vida que logró que mis ojos vieran 20/20! No podría estar más feliz y sin duda la veré el próximo año para mi próxima publicación anual. Lo recomendaría mucho ?

Amazing opticians, please use this one. So.... I went to this opticians because I forgot to bring my contact lenses on holidaye. DUHhh... (They did not have my exact prescription because I am toric) but the found me a close enough match to get me through my 10 days here. AND they gave them to me for freeeee!!! as I was flying to Puerto Escondido tomorrow. The next option was to buy a month box of daily lenses, which was USD$100. Staff at the office (Ivan & vueno were so polite and helpful, they spent alot of time with me) I can not recommended this place enough, the management called me personally who gave the go ahead for this freebie. No more wearing glasses in the sea wooohooo!!! So in essence I'm so grateful to them and happy I came here. 10 stars. And if you're in CDMX come here for all your optical needs.

Great service! I’m travelling for 6 months and I ran out of contact lenses. All the other optical stores told me to wait two weeks for my order to be ready.
