★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado con esta empresa,se quedan con el dinero de los clientes sin entregar los lentes, yo pedí unos lentes para lectura, llegaron a los 10 dias pero la mica estaba mal, los regrese y me volvieron a entregar la mica en mal estado, los volví a regresar, entre la primera devolución y la segunda pasaron 40 días, y todavía querían más tiempo, al final pedí mi dinero de regreso y de el monto que había yo pagado me restaron un 10%, el equivalente a 1000 pesos, no tiene sentido que se queden con dinero cuando el cliente no tiene la culpa de su proceso interno, sin embargo ellos penalizan al cliente por haber esperado 40 días, cuando el plazo normal es de 10 dias, es una empresa que no tiene vergüenza,después de hacerte esperar 40 días y te piden más tiempo para resolver el problema y si no te gusta te quitan 1000 pesos, el cliente no tiene el tiempo de esperar tanto tiempo, por su incumplimiento penalizan al cliente, cuando lo lógico es que bonificaran al cliente por el incumplimiento de su plazo de entrega de 10 dias, yo no recomiendo a esta empresa por sus prácticas abusivas de quedarse con el dinero del cliente sin entregar el producto solicitado. Espero estas prácticas abusivas se denuncien en la profeco y está empresa se haga responsable de sus errores y no involucre a los clientes por las malas prácticas de sus proveedores.
En resumen no recomiendo a esta empresa,no tienen ética,les van a hacer perder su tiempo y aparte se pueden quedar con su dinero, sin entregar producto.

Comparando productos con otras ópticas la combinación que yo pedí era de un 30% a un 50% más barato.
La atención de la optometrista fue muy buena y cuidadosa así que ... ¡Ampliamente recomendados!

Sin embargo, si hay algún problema con tus lentes, se desentienden con excusas como que no se dieron cuenta, que es normal que a veces así pase, que solo es cuestión de un ajustito o es "un detallito de nada", o que te lo estás imaginando o estás exagerando, eso si, con palabras muy bonitas y mucha cordialidad. Me trajeron más de un mes dando vueltas a la óptica a señalarles defectos en unas micas Crizal que les seguían y seguían llegando rayadas, cosa que ellos tuvieron que haber identificado por si mismos antes de ofrecerme los lentes terminados, al final me ofrecieron un mejor material a manera de compensación, pero el montaje de los lentes les quedó chueco y los enderezaron, así que me quedé con unos lentes "enmendados", a precio de nuevos claro, el mismo modelo me hubiera salido $400 mas barato en Turati y sin tanto show.
Lección aprendida: paguen solo el 50% en efectivo antes de aceptar el trabajo con la calidad que compraron y chequen muy bien que se están llevando

They brought me more than a month going around the optician to point out defects in some Crizal lenses that followed them and kept getting scratched, something that they had to have identified by themselves before offering me the finished lenses, in the end they offered me a better material as compensation, but the mounting of the glasses was crooked and they straightened them, so I kept some "amended" glasses, at the price of new ones of course, the same model would have been $400 cheaper in Turati and without so much show .
Lesson learned: pay only 50% in cash before accepting the job with the quality you bought and check very well that you are getting it
