★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He sido fiel a la marca desde hace 12 años que uso lentes, la última vez que gradué unas micas fue hace 3 años, donde empezó a decaer el servicio y atención al cliente. Hoy que fui el servicio fue pésimo, desde el tono de voz que ocupan, el lenguaje corporal y la actitud que tiene el personal, no se dan cuenta que están ahí por el cliente y para el cliente. Termine saliéndome y dándole las gracias. Lástima que terminen así por falta de una cultura de atención al cliente.
