EL DÍA QUE LOS RECOGÍ LA MISMA PERSONA DE VENTAS ME DICE ESTE MODELO NO SE PUEDE AJUSTAR, CLARAMENTE CONTRADICIÉNDOSE, COMO SI EL COMENTARIO ANTES DE VENDER HUBIERA SIDO SOLO CON EL INTERÉS DE COMPLETAR LA COMPRA. La respuesta es la misma: "No está la encargada, que es la contadora y sólo ella lo puede resolver" además de que prometen que me van a llamar en los próximos 15 días y NADA. Quizá venden lentes "piratas" y por eso no cuentan con los estuches, no te dan factura ni garantía de lo que compras. Cuidado!! I bought Ray Ban glasses for more than 3,000 pesos in October 2020, 9 months have passed and they still have not delivered the lens case even though I have personally gone 8 times.
