Compré unos lentes de contacto y unos de armazón, pagué de contado al momento de encargarlos. Los lentes los pedí anuales y me cobraron y querían entregar Bimestrales. Para esto tardaron 2 semanas en llegar los de contacto, y llegan mal. Y para la devolución piden una nota, nota que pagué de contado si no no me devuelven mi dinero del ajuste.
Personas que no son especialistas hacen los exámenes de la vista, nada profesional.
El Doctor o como se quiera hacer llamar me llamó NACA por exigir mi dinero, cuando ya había pagado desde un inicio, es un déspota, prepotente que no elige personas adecuadas para trabajar ahi, que fallan, cobran de más y el cliente es quien la lleva.
Tan solo por el hecho se que un profesional no te atiende es un indicio para no volver ahí y el "profesional" es el más grosero.
Los lentes se ocupaban de urgencia y de nada sirvió, más de 2 semanas y ni lentes ni dinero devuelto.
 TERRIBLE SERVICE
I bought some contact lenses and some frames, paid in cash when ordering them. I ordered the lenses annually and they charged me and they wanted to deliver Bimonthly. For this it took 2 weeks for the contact persons to arrive, and they arrive badly. And for the return they ask for a note, note that I paid in cash if not they do not refund my adjustment money.
