y como por agosto 2020 se le cayeron las dos patas, no duraron ni un año y como no salgo casi por la pandemia tuve que inventar ponerles un resorte para usarlos de algún modo.Terminando el año, ahora empezando 2021, me animé a ir, y compré para lejos y los de cerca también porque los perdi.Pedi que
sacarán la última graduación de mi expediente y de ahí que hicieran mis nuevos lentes, de lejos y de cerca, para ésto, tuve que comprar armazones que realmente no me encantaban porque no hay variedad, me los entregaron y al día siguiente estaba regresando los de lejos pues la graduación no sé de dónde la sacaron que acabé viendo bizco, los arreglaron y listo ...pero el armazón de los lentes de ver de cerca, no puede ser, la pata derecha jamás estuvo bien hasta que tuve que regresarlos y de ésto hace ya 10 días, que me dijeron que efectivamente están mal y que me iban a cambiar el armazón, sigo esperando a ver como para cuándo, se dignan tenerlos listos, la verdad pésimo servicio
Lo que sí puedo decir es el buen trato de los empleados, pero con eso yo no resuelvo nada
