So I requested the note and they answered me impatiently: it's still not possible, the computer is still busy, it seemed very strange to me before, so I decided to wait, I told them I would wait for it to clear up and they would give me my note . I waited there on one side, until one of the employees said, let me see, I'll do it now, and asked me for personal information, to which I asked why it was, the lady explained to me that it was necessary to give my name, cell phone number and date of birth to be able to give me a note. After telling him that it was very strange that they could give me this data, since it was not the first time that I bought at Devlin, however, both employees continued in their position that this is normal. As they had already made me waste my time a lot, I agreed to give them my data and they gave me my grade. However, their attitude since they sold me some glasses without a receipt or note, and then forced me to give my personal information to give me a receipt, coupled with the delay in giving me my note, left me with an unpleasant experience.
