★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia con Devlyn como empresa y por parte del personal de esta sucursal.
En diciembre de 2021 hice una compra de lentes, después de dos semanas:
1) Me cambiaron el día y horario de entrega hasta tres veces en un día
2) Entregaron un producto mal graduado
3) Se tardaron otras dos semanas en realizar el arreglo
4) Después de casi un mes, me volvieron a entregar los lentes mal graduados y todavía me preguntaron que si "no quería mandarlos de nuevo a arreglar" ¡padrísimo, querían otros 15 días mas!
Solicité la devolución de mi dinero a finales de enero y me dijeron que como máximo 15 días para proceder...
1) NO SE ME DEVOLVIÓ MI DINERO en ese lapso
2) La señora Lorena Méndez me comunica a través de llamada telefónica que por un error que cometió al ingresar un formato, tardará más.
3) Pasó el tiempo y los teléfonos que brindan para atención en tienda no funcionan, ni los teléfonos que aparecen en la página de devlyn; prácticamente el servicio de atención a cliente es inexistente.
4) Después de 25 días buscándolos y buscando la devolución del dinero, no hay respuesta.
Vean los comentarios de esta y otras ópticas devlyn, parece que tienen la misma calidad en el servicio ¡Cuidado!
No vale la pena ni por los costos ni mucho menos por esa atención
 Terrible experience with Devlyn as a company and by the staff of this branch.
In December 2021 I made a purchase of glasses, after two weeks:
1) They changed the day and time of delivery up to three times in one day
2) They delivered a poorly graded product
3) It took another two weeks to make the fix
4) After almost a month, they gave me the poorly graduated glasses again and they still asked me if "I didn't want to send them back to be fixed" great, they wanted another 15 days!
I requested the return of my money at the end of January and they told me that at most 15 days to proceed...
1) MY MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDED in that period
2) Mrs. Lorena Méndez informs me through a phone call that due to an error she made when entering a form, it will take longer.
3) Time passed and the phones that provide service in the store do not work, nor do the phones that appear on the devlyn page; Customer service is practically non-existent.
4) After 25 days searching for them and seeking a refund, no response.
See the comments of this and other devlyn opticians, it seems that they have the same quality of service. Be careful!
It is not worth the costs, much less for that attention
