★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor óptico en el que he estado. Compramos un armazón en titanio (espero) el 1 de noviembre a 2500 pesos y ahora el 11 de noviembre con el buen fin está a 400 pesos. Las lentes nos cuestaron más de 1800 pesos sin ningún tipo de tratamiento (ni siquiera las antirreflejos) es una estafa 100%. No se lo recomendamos a nadie.
The worst optician I've ever been to. We bought a titanium frame (I hope) on November 1 at 2500 pesos and now on November 11 with the good end it is at 400 pesos. The lenses cost us more than 1800 pesos without any treatment (not even the anti-reflective ones) is a 100% scam. We do not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMA EXPERIENCIA. No se manejan ni con profesionalismo ni responsabilidad ni con respeto a su trabajo. Cuando le expresas tu inconformidad y molestia ante su poco sentido de servicio al cliente te responden como que ellos están muy acostumbrados a escuchar quejas y les importa muy poco. Me entregaron el armazón incorrecto para yo ir a otras sucursales a buscar uno de mi agrado. Ahora ellos dicen que "Mexico" es el responsable de devolver mi dinero que ya debería haber sido reembolsado.
BAD EXPERIENCE. They do not handle themselves with professionalism or responsibility or with respect to their work. When you express your disagreement and annoyance at their little sense of customer service, they respond as if they are very used to hearing complaints and they care very little. They gave me the wrong frame so I could go to other branches to find one of my liking. Now they say that "Mexico" is responsible for returning my money that should have already been refunded.
