★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio en casi todas las sucursales, solo cuando vas a comprar lentes nuevos te medio atienden y además tardan mucho en entregar, y a mis lentes que compre ahí se le cayó una plaqueta de la nariz fui a varias sucursales para que me la arreglaran obviamente aunque fuera con costo pero en todas me dijeron que no las tenían, absurdo siendo que es una óptica, fui a una óptica más local y súper amables me coloco y me puso la otra nueva sin ningún costo, cabe aclarar que yo no las quería gratis solo el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado, en unas devlyn me engañaron, pedí lentes transitions y me aseguraron que hasta certificado me daban, cuando me entregan me dicen que ellos manejan los eclipsol y que es lo mismo, hasta más caros que los transitions me los dieron y las micas parecen vil plástico, no se vale engañar a los clientes.
Be careful, in some Devlyn they deceived me, I asked for transitions lenses and they assured me that they even gave me a certificate, when they deliver me they tell me that they handle the eclipsol and that it is the same, even more expensive than the transitions they gave me and the lenses seem vile plastic, it is not worth fooling customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevan 4 meses y no me pueden dar el dinero de devolución por no ser candidato a operación y tampoco me han entregado mi lente de contacto (tórico) es pésima empresa y sólo estoy esperando la conciliación en la PROFECO si van a encargar lentes haganlo con especialistas no con Deblyn
