★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad pésimo servicio, me entregaron los lentes mal y para garantía se tardaron un buen, ademas qué hay que estar llamando para darle seguimiento, ya que quedan en llamarte y nunca lo hacen.

PESIMO!! Para q dan la opción de confirmar pedido vía telefónica si no van a dar buen servicio al cliente!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tuvieron la atencion de llamar para avisar q estaban listos los lentes, despues de 1 mes acudímos a preguntar a la suc de satelite donde la persona q nos atendio fue muy despota dijo no saber porq no se nos avisó y nos entregó los lentes de manera muy descortés!!! Mala atención y servicio... no los recomiendo!
They never had the attention to call to tell them that the glasses were ready, after 1 month we went to ask the satellite office where the person who attended to us was very despotic, said he did not know why we were not warned and gave us the glasses in a way very rude !!! Bad attention and service ... I do not recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ acudi por unos lentes para mi hijo me dieron fecha del 12 de diciembre de entrega y luego el dia 14 de diciembre y hoy me dicen que mejor la siguiente semana mejor no acudan a esta sucursal no cumplen la entrega de lentes en tiempo y forma y cuando les preguntas por que tardan todavia se enojan. mejor vayan a otra optica
