★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo he ido dos veces a esa tienda(Ubicacion padre Mier Monterrey, NL) y en ambas siempre tuve problemas:
En la primera, tardaron una hora y media en atenderme, (llegue tarde a otra cita medica que tenia despues) ya que cuando llegue solo habia una persona atendiendo(lo cual es curioso porque habia otra chica a un lado del que atendia pero ni cobrar sabia) y estaban arreglando unos lentes de un cliente al que le habian hecho mal la graduacion, el muchachos que atendia se daba su tiempo en hacer las cosas...
La segunda ves que ya iba a recoger mis lentes de contacto, (aun no los tenian listos) y el nuevo que atendia esta ves(tambien era el unico atendiendo), dejo descolgado el telefono por horas, que porque "estaba haciendo algunos examenes y no queria ser interrumpido" ya que le dije que me intente comunicar desde la manana y me sonaba ocupado, entonces tambien tuve que ir a la tienda en vano
I have only been to that store twice (Location Father Mier Monterrey, NL) and both times I always had problems:

The second time I was going to pick up my contact lenses, (they didn't have them ready yet) and the new one who attended this time (he was also the only one attending), he left the phone off the hook for hours, because "I was doing some tests and I didn't want to be interrupted "since I told him to try to communicate from the morning and it sounded busy to me, so I also had to go to the store in vain
