Lleve mis lentes a que soldaran una patita y aparte de que me rompieron la mica y le pusieron otra sin mi consentimiento me estan cobrando $300.00 pesos extra y aparte ahora resulta que perdieron mis lentes y no me quieren resolver, me piden mi numero de telefono y cuando les preguntas que cuando te van a marcar el señor que atiende solo se enoja y te dice "cuando sepa algo te marco". Han pasado semanas y no me saben decir nada. Una completa falta de profesionalismo
 Customer service is disgusting in this place !. I took my glasses to have a leg welded and apart from the fact that they broke my lens and put another one on it without my consent they are charging me $ 300.00 extra pesos and now it turns out that they lost my glasses and they do not want to solve me, they ask for my phone number and When you ask them that when they are going to mark you, the man who attends only gets angry and says "when he knows something I mark you". Weeks have passed and they don't know how to tell me anything. A complete lack of professionalism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta Óptica, es verdad que tienen buenos lentes, variedad de armazones (clásicos, modernos y hasta exóticos). Te toman bien tu graduación visual. Las personas que atienden esta Óptica son amables y te atienden con educación, saben acerca del tema y te orientan. Respecto al precio, la verdad no son las más económicas pero está bien.
In this Optical, it is true that they have good lenses, a variety of frames (classic, modern and even exotic). They take your visual graduation well. The people who attend this Optic are friendly and attend you with education, they know about the subject and guide you. Regarding the price, the truth is not the cheapest but it is fine.
