What prevails in this establishment is the poor customer service when following up on a purchase ... We bought a pair of glasses, some for my son, others for my husband, my son's arrived about 14 days after the we asked, until then everything was fine .... With my husband's glasses, on the other hand, we were waiting for them for more than a month and a half and they never arrived, I canceled the purchase at the end ... In that time I called them to find out what happened to the glasses And they never had an answer, I called them and they said: I will call you tomorrow to give you an answer, they never returned my call, very inattentive. In one of the calls I made they left me on the line waiting and I hung up 17 min. later. In another call they told me that they were cutting off and could not attend to me, that they would talk to me the next day, of course they did not, I had to call. In another call they told me: I told her husband that I would call him when the glasses will arrive, I mean, like telling me not to be calling to ask ..... In short ... think twice if you want to buy your glasses there.

The attention is not very good ... They are very liars !! They had already done a wrong prescription of glasses but I wanted to give it another chance I had others done because it is close to my house but not like that! Whenever I go it is closed I still do not have my new glasses.
