Para tratar de arreglarlo empiezan a sacar un montón de armazones para ver cual es el que le puede quedar a las micas. Nadie se hace responsable, uno habla atención a clientes una no te resuelve nada después de 2 semanas y cuando según lo van a resolver contesta otra señora demasiado grosera diciendo que no hubo ningún error aun cuando la chica ya lo había admitido. He sido clientes por varios años de ustedes, pero siempre compro en Playa del Carmen, hasta hace unos meses que compré los de mi padre en la Gran PLaza y le quedaron con la graduación, se los comenté y me mandaron a volar, hoy nuevamente regresé para hacerle el examen a mi madre, y la vendedora tiene una super hiper mega flojera, que apenas y puede con su cuerpo y al abrir la boca para hablar. Le pregunté si estaba abierta la sucursal de portillo porque hoy no había optometrista en Gran Plaza y me dijo que no sabía, como si no pudiera marcar para preguntar pues !Es la misma compañía!!!, asi que yo busqué en numero em Google y yo tuve que llamar, y fueron amables. Fuimos a la Portillo y todo super bien, mejor que la GRan Plaza. Ojalá que hagan algo con ese personal porque de mi parte, yo no regresaré ahí jamás! y por su puesto que nunca les recomendaré!!!!!!
