★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy sábado 17 de octubre de 2015 acudí a la sucursal de La Morena 811, colonia Narvarte Poniente a pedir que ajustaran los lentes que compre hace dos meses, me atendió un persona de edad avanzada y ajustó demasiado la varilla, la cual costaba trabajo poder doblarla, al hacerle el comentario de cómo había quedado, él me responde levantando el tono de su voz “usted no sabe lo que pide”, le dije que si se encontraba el otro encargado, el cual desde que compre los lentes y acudí por primera vez a ajustarlos me atendió muy bien, en ese momento sale una mujer pidiendo saber lo sucedido, tratamos de explicarle lo que paso, pero no lo permitió e inmediatamente se pone del lado de su compañero y se pone agresiva, nos pide salir del local y nos dice que nunca más volvamos a regresar y que compremos nuestros desarmadores para poder arreglar los lentes, es una actitud muy desagradable la de esa mujer, que no nos permitió explicarle lo sucedido y que trate mal a los clientes, es una persona con falta de profesionalismo.
