★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no tengo idea que tan bien sean su trabajos pero el precio de solo los armazones es muy alto para lo que venden en otras tiendas, terminé comprando el Liverpool un modelo identico de marca Fila total 2000, y a meses.
I have no idea how good their works are but the price of only the frames is very high for what they sell in other stores, I ended up buying Liverpool an identical model of the Fila 2000 brand, and months later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré unos lentes el 23 de diciembre 2016 en esta Óptica, qué ERROR.
El precio inicial que me dieron eran 1,800 pesos pero me dijeron que necesitaba lentes progresivos con lo cual me acabaron cobrando 3,200 pesos, y me GARANTIZARON que harían lo que fuera si no quedaba yo satisfecha.
Una semana más tarde fui a la óptica y les dije que no me sentía bien con esa graduación (combinación con lentes progresivas), estaba teniendo dolores de cabeza. Ese día me dijeron que no podían hacer otra cosa más que darme otra graduación. OJO que por mi graduación básica hubiera pagado 1,800 pesos pero pagué extra por lentes progresivos. Dejé los lentes en la óptica y sigo a la espera de que el gerente se comunique conmigo. A día de hoy, 16 de enero del 2017, he perdido 3,200 por unos lentes que ni siquiera tengo.
NO COMPREN en óptica GRECIA, es un timo y si no le queda bien la lente nunca se van a preocupar ni tampoco garantizan que usted salga satisfecho. Susana.
I bought some lenses on December 23, 2016 in this Optics, what a MISTAKE.
The initial price they gave me was 1,800 pesos but they told me that I needed progressive lenses, which ended up charging me 3,200 pesos, and they GUARANTEED me that they would do anything if I wasn't satisfied.
A week later I went to the optician and told them that I was not feeling well with that graduation (combination with progressive lenses), I was having headaches. That day they told me they couldn't do anything other than give me another graduation. EYE that for my basic graduation I would have paid 1,800 pesos but I paid extra for progressive lenses. I left the lenses in the optician and I am still waiting for the manager to contact me. As of today, January 16, 2017, I have lost 3,200 for some lenses that I don't even have.
They do not buy in GREECE optics, it is a scam and if it does not fit the lens they will never worry or guarantee that you will leave satisfied. Suzanne.
