★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen registrada la sucursal de la Vicente guerrero así que dejo aquí mi opinión. El servicio al cliente es malísimo. No me preguntaron absolutamente nada, ni qué tipo de lentes necesito, si era mi primera vez, si tengo problemas de la vista, NADA. Solo se te quedan viendo hasta que tú mismo preguntas cuánto cuestan los armazones, tú mismo pasas y los checas uno por uno.
Ya cuando terminas no te explican qué le hicieron al armazón, no te explican cuál es el problema con tu vista y para colmo ni siquiera te dicen qué garantía tienes, ni qué servicio de reparaciones te brindan, ni nada. Es un misterio cómo sigue yendo la gente a comprar ahí. Me sentí como si me hubiera atendido yo solo. Pareciera un servicio social gratuito de oftalmologia porque no tienen actitud de servicio. Deberían renombrar el lugar como "Óptocas de autoservicio".
They have not registered the branch of the Vicente Guerrero so I leave here my opinion. The customer service is terrible. They did not ask me anything, or what kind of glasses I need, if it was my first time, if I have vision problems, NOTHING. You only see yourself until you ask yourself how much the frames cost, you pass yourself and the Czechs one by one.
And when you finish they do not explain what they did to the frame, they do not explain what the problem is with your eyes, and to top it off they do not even tell you what guarantee you have, what service they give you, or anything. It's a mystery how people keep buying there. I felt as if I had attended to myself. It seems like a free social service of ophthalmology because they do not have an attitude of service. They should rename the place as "Self-Service Octocas".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pegamento que usan con mas micas es malísimo, se me despego uno de los lentes a los 2 meses y ahora tengo que pagar a una óptica por que estoy fuera de la ciudad, y además cuando trabajaron con mi armazón me lo hicieron super flojo y ahora se me caen, pese a que me los "ajustaron" de nuevo. Pésimo servicio y estoy de acuerdo con las demas opiniones
The glue they use with more lenses is terrible, one of my lenses came off after 2 months and now I have to pay an optician because I'm out of town, and also when they worked with my frame they made it super loose and now I drop them, even though they "adjusted" them again. Terrible service and I agree with the other opinions
