Excellent attention from Monica Sanchez

We arrived to take the exam and Mónica Sánchez attended us with kindness and patience, giving us an estimate. We decided to go do some shopping and come back later to finalize the purchase, however Monica did not give us any note specifying what she was going to sell us and when we returned to the store she had already left. We thought that instead any of the specialists who were at the counter could follow up on the sale, since my mother's name was already in the database as she was a regular customer, but the surprise was the bad attitude not only of Veronica but also of Daniel Ernesto to whom we explained several times that we did not have the budget note and that it had been less than 1 hour since we had gone, the very very rude insisted that we tell him what type of reflector, frame and graduation was the one that had been budgeted for us. We repeated that we did not know and during the entire service he treated us very badly, we understand that in this sale he was not going to be given a commission, but that was not the way he should have treated us, because it was not our fault. It is a pity that they do not have a service attitude and we hope that this will not be reflected in the final result of our purchase when they deliver the glasses we bought.
