People are no longer optometrists. They are "technicians" who barely know how to use the equipment. They could not answer a single question about my eye health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que me asesoro para el lente de contacto no estaba bien capacitada y omitió varios cuidados que debía de llevar así como el tiempo de uso del lente y tuve que estar cambiando el lente porque me lastimaba. Pésima atención al cliente.
The staff who advised me for the contact lens was not well trained and they omitted various care that had to take as well as the time of use of the lens and I had to change the lens because it hurt me. Terrible customer service.

Excellent service and guidance from the moment you begin to see and try on frames or get tested to determine your prescription. Likewise, they were super quick to deliver my glasses. All highly recommended. For me, they are the best.
