Cuando los compramos nos dijeron que en una semana nos los entregaban, llamo para reclamar y me dicen que el tiempo de espera siempre es de 15 días y me lo dice como si fuera tonto, de todos modos esos 15 días ya pasaron.
Terrible service. They have taken too long to deliver the lenses. When we bought them they told us that in a week they delivered them to us, I call to complain and they tell me that the waiting time is always 15 days and they tell me as if I were stupid, anyway those 15 days have passed.
