★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te hacen esperar mucho tiempo y si vas de parte del IMSS luego no te quieren atender, además sospecho que hay acuerdo entre los médicos del Seguro Social para venderte los lentes.
They make you wait a long time and if you go on behalf of the IMSS then they do not want to attend you, I also suspect that there is agreement between the Social Security doctors to sell you the lenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy pésimo servicio. Las recepcionistas no son nada atentas con el tiempo de las personas, te piden agendar "una cita" pero no la respetan y te dejan esperando hasta 2 o 3 horas. He cambiado de lentes varias veces en otros lugares y cuando decidí probar con esta óptica, me deja una muy mala experiencia. Hay otros lugares en Cuautla que te atienden mucho mejor y el examen de la vista es más minucioso que el que te hacen aquí. Además a la hora de entrega te dicen un día y no lo cumplen! La verdad nunca regresaré.
Very bad service. The receptionists are not attentive to people's time, they ask you to schedule an "appointment" but they don't respect it and leave you waiting for up to 2 or 3 hours. I have changed lenses several times in other places and when I decided to try this lens, it leaves me with a very bad experience. There are other places in Cuautla that serve you much better and the eye exam is more thorough than what you do here. Also at the time of delivery they tell you one day and do not comply! The truth will never come back.
