Sin duda la recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal me toco un mal servicio en la óptica NV Aguascalientes, ya q desde mi primer visita presencié un error con un armazón de un cliente, lo cual me hizo tomar mis preocupaciones tomando foto de los armazones q había elegido, sin contar q percibí distracción, poca capacitación y mala atención al cliente en la asistente q estaba en su momento.
A los días cuando me avisan q esta listo mi pedido para mi sorpresa un armazón no era el q había pedido, y la srta me insistía q si y me vi en la necesidad de mostrarle la foto y comprobar q no eran los q habia pedido y me comentaron q como el armazón q pedí se rompió habían mandado esos en su lugar (creo es lo q uno pide y no lo q ellos quieran dar, por eso uno paga) después de q se me haria un cambio en el armazón ya al estar supuestamente listos nuevamente tienen otro error con el armazón, mandando otro y no el q yo escogí, y nuevamente fue invertir mi tiempo y dinero en estar acudiendo a la sucursal por sus múltiples errores, sin contar q la mayoría de las veces tenia q ser yo quien diera seguimiento a mi pedido (cosa q a ellos como empresa les corresponde avisar ó notificar a sus clientes) xq nunca se me avisaba hasta q yo mismo era quien me comunicaba para preguntar
y al final de más de 1 mes y medio de sus errores tienen otro error en información con mi pedido xq estaba incompleto, siendo q ya me habían dicho estaba listo, por lo cual me vi en la necesidad de cancelar y pedir el reembolso de 1 armazón y asi ya no estar batallando! Y por Falta de comunicación tenían confusión en su registro xq me decian q tenia un restante, cuando ya tenia mas de 1 mes de haber liquidado.
En lo personal y por mi mala experiencia les recomiendo tomen sus precauciones para q no les queden mal en sus pedidos y de vdd les den la atención y el profesionalismo q merecen como Clientes! Xq yo si me pidieran recomendaciones no tendria una buena q dar de la Sucursal de Aguascalientes, en lo personal una decepción total! pero cada quien es libre de elegir y opinar a su propia experiencia.

On the days when I was told that my order was ready to my surprise, a frame was not what I had asked for, and Miss insisted that I did and I saw the need to show her the photo and check that they were not what I had asked for and They told me that as the frame I asked for was broken, they had sent those in their place (I think it is what one asks for and not what they want to give, that's why one pays) after I would have a change in the frame when I was Supposedly ready again they have another error with the frame, sending another and not the one that I chose, and again it was to invest my time and money in going to the branch for its multiple errors, without counting that most of the times it had to be me Who would follow up on my order (which is their responsibility as a company to notify or notify their clients) because I was never notified until I was the one who contacted me to ask
and at the end of more than 1 month and a half of their errors they have another error in information with my order because it was incomplete, since they had already told me it was ready, so I saw the need to cancel and request a refund of 1 frame and thus no longer be struggling! And due to lack of communication they had confusion in their registry because they told me that I had a remainder, when I had more than 1 month of having settled.
Personally and due to my bad experience, I recommend you take your precautions so that they do not look bad on your orders and that you give them the attention and professionalism they deserve as Clients! Because if they asked me for recommendations I would not have a good one to give from the Aguascalientes Branch, personally a total disappointment! but each one is free to choose and comment on their own experience.

Tengo 20 años usando lentes y nunca me había pasado nada parecido en ninguna óptica.

Primero la atención de la chica de recepción, luego la oftalmóloga, me dan los lentes y se equivocaron 2 veces en el tipo de graduación y la 2da vez que les lleve mis lentes, a las señoritas se les tiraron ¡PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN Y PROFESIONALISMO! Si, muy bonitos lentes y armazones, pero no puedo creer que se equivoquen 2 veces en una graduación ¡Si van a está óptica, chequen bien sus lentes y pidan su garantía!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resulta que este sábado fui a sacar mis lentes nuevos a la sucursal que está en Colosio. Para esto yo ya había sacado 2 lentes en este lugar, todo muy bien con las chavas que me atendieron en ese entonces, hace como 1 año y medio. Pero esta vez, cambiaron de personal, se notó por sus caras de pocos amigos y poco amigables, muy entaconadas y divas pero de una actitud 0 servicial, se tardaron 1 hora y media desde que llegué y seguían sin hacerme mi examen de la vista, solo tenían a UNA chava adentro y solo se escuchaba que estaban cotorreando. La chava de recepción igual muy mal encarada.
Creo que deben re considerar si ellas son las indicadas para trabajar ahí, perjudican las ventas y checar el servicio al cliente con las personas que contratan porque por eso MUCHA gente se les va y no volvemos. La atención y la amabilidad siempre deben estar al 100 para que la gente recomiende y regrese.
